Top 5 of the week: chambray shirts
I've been on the hunt for a good one for so long
This, from Alex Mill, is kind of the platonic ideal for me: great color, minimal details, and a drop shoulder for a casual, lived-in vibe. I’m pretty sure I’m going to go for it.
But then again I’m also crazy for this tie-neck number, which has a more feminine feel.
This one—which has such good peasant top details—is just endlessly chic.

I wear my chambray shirt(s) constantly either on their own or over a tee. I own THREE––one worn to a frazzle, one nicely and evenly faded and one in a crisp dark wash!! The other thing I have now found I can not live without is that freaking Emerson Fry caftan that Kim posted about a few weeks ago. I took it with me on my recent fantastic trip to St. Thomas ––it served as a "bathrobe" a beach cover up and as a "dress" one night for dinner. Buy. It.
