Kim -- this message is in reference to your posts last week. Remember that you have been through difficult periods before, and rebounded magnificently. Remember also that through this substack and your podcasts you have affected many of us with your warmth, wisdom and wit, and that we are all pulling for you. Know too, that I (and I'm sure many others), often refer back to your post about how to manage when you're depressed, and it has helped me more than once. My best to you.

Many communities have Laughter Yoga. I've done it, and besides not being cringey (truly), it improved my mood better than anything else. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1342837537165099/posts/1355850372530482/

Will you circle back and let us know what the Quince khakis are like when they arrive, Kim? TY

Pink isn't an especially good shade for me either, but the muted pink of the Western shirt really appeals to me. Also love the Mango dress—the print and the cut are so pretty.

Those gold Me+Em sandals are really cute! They remind me of the pricey pair of Labucq fisherman sandals I got a few years ago before the prices skyrocketed. The problem with some fisherman/gladiator sandals is that bandaids are required for when some of the straps dig into your toes! That cute floral print dress reminds me of a super cute burgundy and blue print dress from Toast that you once featured here. 😍

Alas, Quince does not ship to Canada. I also noticed the lack of a classic J.Crew chino option this year.

I can highly recommend the Quince silk pj pants - they look exactly like the Reformation ones but much cheaper. I try to avoid "fast fashion" but really love Quince. Their cotton cashmere sweaters are the perfect lightweight sweaters, and their quilts and comforters are also great. Going to buy those chino pants asap.

That pink western shirt is adorable, that may have to go on my carted list for my birthday. Also really been eyeing those Bose headphones.

How do you feel about brown linen blazer/ brown silk pants?

I feel that that might be an awful lot of brown.

Love the Madewell pink shirt. The eyelet midi makes me think of Greece, tho I've never been. The Floral midi is very fine. I can hear my mother calling the linen drawstring a tent. J.Crew chinos are perfect.

I have the Quince pants, LOVE them. The side seam is a little heavier, and functions like a side stripe in terms of flattering but not making them any dressier than I'd want. They're a great pair of olive colored chino. If only they also had a true khaki/tan color, I'd buy them too. The navy on screen has a bit more royal than I need in a blue, but may because I love the olive ones so much.

Love the eyelet but I guess, it’d need a slip of some kind? To wear to an office or nicer restaurant? Perfect vacation / resort dress though

Also, does anyone else think The Eyelet Midi Dress price of $248 is ridic? There's not much to it to justify that price.

I was intrigued by the brown blazer immediately, but there's none left in my size. Heartbreak!

Oh, that blazer looks so smart. And really, how often do you see a chocolate brown blazer? Love.
