Off I go

I’m leaving this evening—we’ll be visiting Prague, Budapest, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, and London, in that order. If you’ve got tips—restaurants, shops, museums—for any of those cities, please share them here. Europe is apparently more clogged with tourists than it has been in years, so I’m looking for places that are a maybe a little less predictable.
